About the Boat:
The Bayliner 3587 Motoryacht, known as SAMARA, is an exceptional dive platform due to its unique combination of cruising comfort and practical features; its innovative three-stateroom layout and dual heads offer private changing areas and spacious accommodations for gear and divers, while the large, accessible swim platform and molded steps make for safe, effortless water entry and exit, all protected by a generous aft deck enclosure, making it the ideal mobile base for multi-site and extended dive adventures in the Puget Sound.

Charter Details
Boat dive charters include either a twilight dive which is a single tank dive or a regular two-tank dive, giving you ample time to explore. We welcome a minimum of 4 and up to 6 divers total per charter, ensuring a personalized and comfortable diving experience for everyone on board.
Custom & Scheduled Dives
Looking for something specific? Custom dives are available upon request to explore areas tailored to your interest.
Guided Tour? Professional Dive Guides are available upon request. Please book your trip, then send an email to admin@pnwdivetours.com requesting a guide. Please give us at least 48 hours notice. Up to 4 divers per guide.
We also offer scheduled monthly dives. These are carefully planned based on current conditions to ensure the best possible experience. If conditions change unexpectedly, alternate dive locations will be chosen at the Captain’s discretion, prioritizing your safety and an optimal dive.
Important Information & Disclaimers
- All dives are subject to change based upon weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances, ensuring your safety and enjoyment.
- Dive gear will NOT be provided. Please bring all your necessary equipment including an SMB, 2 flashlights and cutting device (capable of cutting heavy fishing line). If you require rental gear, please contact Underwater Sports in Federal Way. Tell them we sent you and you’ll receive 10% off all gear.
- Enjoy complimentary Drinks (water, soda, gatorade, coffee), snacks (chips, energy bars, cookies), and soup of the day with fresh bread will be available. We have a microwave and refrigerator on board for personal food.
- What NOT to bring As space is limited we ask that you do not bring hard-sided storage boxes such as milk crates or plastic containers, etc. Soft bags are welcome. No, alcohol or drugs. No smoking while on board.
- What TO Bring In addition to your dive gear we recommend that you bring extra clothing, hat, jacket, sunscreen and any medication you might need while on board. You might want pack a lunch as well.
- Advanced Open Water Certification is required (unless attending a class while on-board).
- Divers Alert Network (DAN) personal insurance is recommended.
- Please Note: We do not “guarantee” a particular location. If weather/conditions or other factors arise, the Captain may select alternate locations for the best experience.
- We will be taking pictures and videos for marketing purposes. Please inform the crew if you are uncomfortable with your picture taken.
